AI Architect

What You’ll Do As an AI Architect at Suzega, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions that align with our mission of making AI work better with people and society. You'll lead the technical vision for AI implementations, architect scalable ML systems, and ensure our solutions are built with heart, wisdom, and responsibility. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, proven experience designing production-grade AI systems, and a passion for ethical and human-centric AI deployment. Design and architect end-to-end AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with strategic business objectives Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and design patterns for AI/ML solutions across the organization Define and oversee the integration of AI models, APIs, and data pipelines into enterprise-level applications, ensuring seamless interoperability Formulate AI architectural roadmaps, aligning technological advancements with business needs and driving innovation Design and optimize AI system architectures for optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness Define and guide the development of data architectures that support efficient and reliable AI/ML workflows, collaborating with data engineering teams Assess and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and security standards for AI systems Requirements What you’ll Bring 10+ years of applicable experience with building AI/ML solutions for large enterprises Hands-on experience in lead role architecting solutions at scale for cloud data platforms Hands-on experience architecting and building secure, scalable, and flexible enterprise data projects in Azure, AWS or GCP Strong governance and management experience is required Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills How to Apply: Outline your process for architecting AI systems, including the design methodologies, architectural patterns, and examples of how your designs have translated into impactful AI solutions Tell us why you are interested in joining Suzega What Happens Next: We will review applications If shortlisted, you'll participate in two virtual interviews with our Trusted Interviewers You will participate in an architectural design round We will aim to complete our selection process within two weeks and notify you of our decision Why This Matters: At Suzega, we're not just building better AI—we're thinking about how AI can work better with people and society.
