Pursuits & Proposal Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental Design, Design, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience within Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), planning, or design industry.
• Experience coordinating RFQs, RFPs, or proposal submissions within an AEC environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent written, editorial, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail (including spelling and grammar).
• Strong graphic communication skills with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

• →Coordinate and manage private-sector RFQ submissions from initial opportunity through final submission, including assembling qualifications packages, coordinating consultant teams, tracking deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• →Support media inquiries and coordinate with SWA’s public relations consultant
• →Support proposal development through writing, editing, graphics coordination, and preparation of interview materials.
• →Coordinate with subconsultants to collect qualifications, resumes, fee information, and supporting materials for pursuit submissions.
• →Maintain project descriptions, resumes, biographies, photography, and presentation materials

• Experience supporting Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Urban Design firms.
• Experience preparing award submissions, conference proposals, publications, or media materials.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing databases.
• Interest in climate resilience, public space, parks, infrastructure, urban design and/or environmental planning.
• Experience coordinating photography and visual storytelling.
• Local candidates preferred.
