Returns Associate- PHX

SWAG is growing, and we are looking for an HR Specialist to help build an exceptional employee experience at our new Glendale Distribution Center.

This is a hands-on, onsite HR role supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, manager coaching, and the day-to-day people needs of our Operations team.

The returns associate is responsible for daily checking in, upkeep of claims and dealer returns. Corresponding with receiving supervisor for restocking and processing credits to Ford and GM accordingly. 

Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
