The Shipping Associate-FL Certified at Southwest Accessory Group is responsible for accurate and efficient picking, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments on forklift equipment.

• →Pick, label, and stage orders
• →Scan and verify details
• →Load trailers
• →Apply labels and route documents
• →Communicate discrepancies
• →Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• →Perform final inspection
• →Support documentation as needed
• →Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• →Report on all equipment and/or safety concerns

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge
• Ability to read numerals and English.
• Bilingual a plus
• NetSuite experience a bonus
• Operate equipment (IE: sit-down forklift, stand-up Forklift, Cherry Picker, Deep Reach Truck)
• Forklift certification preferred

Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
