As part of the Acquisition team, which reports to the CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) division, you will serve as Swile’s Search Lead. You will oversee the entire search strategy—both organic and paid—across our key markets. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, take full ownership of your projects from start to finish, and ensure that every search initiative is measured, optimized, and aligned with the Acquisition team’s business objectives.
We are in the process of structuring this role. There is no ready-made playbook: you will be a key contributor to building it.
