Job Title:  Global Business Director

Loc:  So Cal preferred; US-based near SyBridge site acceptable

Travel: 40-60%

Compensation:  Base salary + commission

SyBridge Technologies designs and builds precision injection molds and tooling for leading medical device, drug delivery, diagnostics, and consumer packaging companies, with facilities across North America and Europe. The Global Sales Manager works directly with the Global Business Director as a hands-on, customer-facing extension of the commercial strategy. Most of the time is spent with customers, growing accounts and winning business.

What you'll do

• Visit customers regularly, including toolrooms, engineering, and purchasing, to uncover programs, repair and component needs, and new opportunities.
• Grow high-leverage global accounts that operate on multiple continents, strengthening alignment across their sites.
• Pursue and win new business in Life Sciences and Consumer markets.
• Support quoting with engineering and the sites so quotes are well scoped and on time.
• Follow up on open quotes, gather competitive intelligence, and keep Salesforce current.
• Hand off won business cleanly to project management and remain the customer's commercial lead.

What you bring

• 5–8+ years in sales or business development for injection molding, mold tooling, or precision manufacturing; medical device or consumer packaging experience preferred.
• A proven record of growing accounts and closing business.
• Enough technical knowledge to discuss molds, components, repairs, and qualification with engineers and buyers.
• Spanish strongly preferred.
• Comfort with 40–60% travel.
• Strong follow-through and CRM discipline (Salesforce preferred).

Success in year one

• Bookings growth in priority and global accounts, meeting or beating target.
• New customers and new sites won within existing accounts.
• Higher win rates on quoted opportunities.
• A steady cadence of customer visits that builds qualified pipeline.
