Salesforce Developers (Core / Data Cloud / Marketing / Experience / AI)

We are currently looking for multiple Salesforce Developers to join our team, each responsible for creating custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, integrate Salesforce with existing systems, and ensure data accuracy, security, and system reliability.

Depending on your experience and interests, you will contribute to projects across different Salesforce specializations such as Core Salesforce development, Data Cloud & Agentforce, Marketing Cloud / Pardot, Experience Cloud, or Einstein AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, as well as experience designing and implementing complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain documentation and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Depending on your specialization, you will work with:
  • Agentforce and Data Cloud (Data 360) for AI-powered automation and unified customer data
  • Marketing Cloud and Pardot for marketing automation and customer engagement
  • Experience Cloud for customer and partner portals
  • Einstein AI for predictive analytics and intelligent automation
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics or a related field
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
