Strategic Partner Coordinator (Aboriginal Targeted)

Location Negotiable across NSW (subject to campus availability)

Temporary Full-time, until June 2027

Total Remuneration Package: $158,345 - $162,265. Package includes base salary ($139,508 - $142,962) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As the Strategic Partner Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the national delivery of EarTrain, a fully funded ear and hearing health education program supporting primary healthcare professionals working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. EarTrain builds the skills of health professionals to assess and manage ear and hearing conditions, including otitis media, through flexible online learning and practical face-to-face workshops. You’ll coordinate practical skills workshops and virtual delivery across Australia, working closely with internal teams and external partners to plan, implement and monitor high-quality educational programs. With a focus on effective project coordination and strong partnerships, you’ll help ensure training solutions respond to the needs of healthcare professionals and the communities they support.

About You

You’re an organised and collaborative professional who thrives on bringing people together to achieve meaningful outcomes. You have experience planning, developing, implementing and reporting on customer-focused educational programs, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality in a high workload environment. A confident communicator and relationship builder, you bring sound judgement, adaptability and a culturally respectful approach to your work. Experience working in rural or remote Aboriginal communities and/or rural or remote healthcare settings will be highly regarded.

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • An appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF level 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high-quality customer focused programs, including appropriate experience in planning, developing, implementing and reporting of educational programs in a high workload environment.
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence and ability and willingness to travel nationally as per business requirements.

Highly Regarded:              

  • Experience working in rural or remote Aboriginal communities
  • Experience working in rural or remote Healthcare settings
