→Own the Creative Direction: Build and maintain a strong backlog of creative concepts based on competitor research, audience insights, trends, and performance data.
→Drive Creative Testing: Analyse testing results and performance data to understand what works, iterate on existing concepts, and identify new opportunities to test.
→Lead Production: Lead the creative production team and coordinate external creative agencies, keeping the process efficient from ideation and briefing to production and iteration.
→Build the Team: Help grow and develop the creative team as the company scales — we plan to stay lean, with a focused team of 4–5 people at scale.
→Improve the Workflow: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the creative process and make production faster and more effective.
→Turn Ideas Into Assets: Our short-term target is around 40 new creatives per week, so volume and speed matter as much as quality.

A Hands-On Creative Leader: You are senior enough to own the creative direction and lead a team, but you still enjoy being close to the work — developing concepts, writing scripts, reviewing creatives, and shaping the final assets.
A Strong Creative Thinker: You can spot interesting ideas, understand what makes people pay attention, and turn those insights into clear concepts and actionable briefs.
A Collaborative Leader: You know how to work effectively with designers, video editors, agencies, and other stakeholders while keeping the creative process moving.
Experienced in Performance Marketing: You have 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and hands-on experience developing performance creatives from concept to final asset.
Performance-Minded: You're comfortable producing around 40 creatives per week and know how to build a system for constant testing and iteration.
