Responsibilities

- →Partner directly with Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, and other platforms to resolve policy-related issues.
- →Monitor and interpret policy updates, translating them into clear, actionable guidance for product and marketing teams.
- →Review and approve marketing and product content to ensure alignment with platform policies.
- →Lead cross-functional check-ins to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- →Develop internal policies, frameworks, and playbooks to scale compliance practices.
- →Deliver trainings and workshops to elevate policy awareness across teams.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field.
- Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently solve complex problems.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- B2+ English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in technology, digital products, and platform ecosystems.
