- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing;

- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;

- Willingness to attend international conferences and represent the company professionally;

- An existing base of affiliate partners in the dating vertical will be a strong advantage.

- Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliate partners;

- Expand partner network through proactive search and outreach;

- Manage multiple affiliate campaigns and optimize performance;

- Consult partners on their marketing strategy and needs;

- Analyze performance fluctuations (sales, profit, traffic quality);

- Monitor competitors and market trends in online marketing.
