The company is looking for a strong HR leader who can improve hiring effectiveness, strengthen team scalability, and build HR as a strategic business function.

The company is seeking an experienced and business-oriented HRD / Head of HR to lead the HR and recruitment function.

The role requires a leader who can connect people strategy with business goals, improve operational effectiveness, influence hiring quality, and support sustainable company growth.

The future hire will work closely with founders and business leaders to strengthen organizational structure, improve team performance, and enhance business impact through HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Management;

  • 2+ years of experience in Head of HR / HRD / People Lead roles;

  • Experience managing Recruiters, Sourcers, and HR teams;

  • Strong understanding of hiring funnel metrics, recruitment efficiency, onboarding, retention, and employee performance;

  • Experience building KPI systems, dashboards, and HR analytics;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills;

  • Ability to connect HR strategy with business growth goals;

  • Experience improving hiring velocity, candidate quality, and team productivity;

  • Strong communication and decision-making skills;

  • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR and recruitment function with a strong focus on business impact, hiring efficiency, and team performance;

  • Own and improve key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel conversion, hiring manager satisfaction, candidate experience, and offer acceptance rate;

  • Manage and develop the recruitment team: Recruiters, Sourcer, and Team Lead;

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce needs, and team growth plans;

  • Build a scalable hiring strategy that supports business goals and growth pace;

  • Improve recruitment planning, prioritization, reporting, and communication with hiring managers;

  • Strengthen performance management practices across the company, including goal-setting, feedback, review cycles, and team effectiveness;

  • Support leadership in people-related decisions, team structure, motivation, retention, and productivity;

  • Build and maintain clear HR analytics and reporting for management;

  • Improve onboarding and adaptation processes to increase employee performance and retention;

  • Identify risks related to people, hiring, engagement, or team efficiency and proactively offer solutions;

  • Act as a strategic HR partner and culture carrier within the company;

  • Help build an environment where strong people join, perform well, grow, and stay.
