Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including technical or clinical information while working within a defined scope of practice.
  • Serve as a telecare clinical contact for patients, clinical staff, and internal team members.
  • Support escalations from the Level 1 Technical Services team when required.
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, TalentWorldGroup, and the client.
  • Help maintain the accuracy of online knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and reference materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, equipment reliability, and treatment quality.
  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls to telecare patients and clinical collaborators.
  • Receive inbound calls from telecare patients and clinical collaborators.
  • Analyze treatment data and identify clinical, user, or product-related trends.
  • Document all interactions accurately and share relevant information with appropriate stakeholders.
  • 8 weeks of paid remote training
  • Covers technical support, systems, and treatment analysis.
  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM CET
  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CET
  • Expected workload: Approximately 2 hours per day
  • Fully remote from Germany

Requirements

  • Currently living in Germany
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued in Germany
  • Nursing degree (BSc or equivalent nursing diploma)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • 2–4 years of customer service or contact center experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with dialysis therapy is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Broadband internet connection (Ethernet/LAN, minimum 50 Mbps)
  • Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • 16 GB RAM
  • 120 GB SSD
  • Wired USB headset
  • Windows 10 or later
