Responsibilities

- →Support payroll and timekeeping verification
- →Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and personnel files
- →Perform cash controls, reconciliations, and deposit documentation
- →Maintain accurate store records, reports, and compliance documentation
- →Communicate effectively with Corporate HR, Accounting, and Operations
- →Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvements
- →Assist store leadership with administrative and operational needs
Requirements

- 3–5 years of administrative or operations experience (grocery or retail preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly required
This is an exempt position. The Operations Administrator is expected to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the business. Schedules may vary based on operational requirements.
