Responsibilities

At least two years of food processing or manufacturing experience and two years of supervisory experience.

→

Strong working knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, HACCP, SQF, and USDA requirements.

→

The ability to teach standards clearly, address problems promptly, and lead a team in a production environment.

→

HACCP certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment.

→

SQF Practitioner certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment.

→

An undergraduate degree in food technology or a related science is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
