Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our team at Skylight Codeworks.
The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, with hands-on exposure to Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound email strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork bidding
- Manage and optimize Upwork profiles, proposals, and client communication
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients
- Send targeted outbound emails to generate leads
- Understand client requirements and craft compelling proposals
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Upwork bidding / Business Development
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation & outreach
- Experience with cold emailing / outbound sales strategies
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
