Associate Business Developer / Upwork Bidder (Onsite) - Skylight Codeworks

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Associate Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our team at Skylight Codeworks.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, with hands-on exposure to Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound email strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork bidding
  
• Manage and optimize Upwork profiles, proposals, and client communication
  
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients
  
• Send targeted outbound emails to generate leads
  
• Understand client requirements and craft compelling proposals
  
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversions
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Upwork bidding / Business Development
  
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation & outreach
  
• Experience with cold emailing / outbound sales strategies
  
• Excellent communication and writing skills
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
