Gallery Operations & Business Executive - Upmotion Tech

• Own end-to-end business operations — from lead generation to payment collection
  
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, agreements, and transactions
  
• Prepare and issue invoices and follow up to ensure timely collections

• Oversee day-to-day gallery admin and ensure smooth ongoing operations
  
• Develop a solid understanding of the gallery's business model, offerings, and processes
  
• Assist with on-ground logistics and guest management during exhibitions and events
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational and business-related matters
  

What are we looking for

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu — written and verbal
  
• Confident, professional, and personable in client-facing situations
  
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  
• Comfortable with basic invoicing, record-keeping, and business administration
  
• Prior experience in operations, sales, or a client-facing role is preferred
  
• An interest in or appreciation for the arts is a plus
