→Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and business proposals.
→Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
→Interpret and generate data from Excel to prepare monthly sales reports and presentations.
→Maintain updated customer databases/CRM and support the team with follow-ups.
→Coordinate seamlessly with accounts, logistics, and operations for flawless order execution.

Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft official correspondence, emails, reports, and letters on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Handle confidential company documents and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must!).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is a strong advantage.
A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
