SAP ABAP Senior Manager

As a SAP ABAP Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, influence, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting group, specializing within our SAP practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers the opportunity to drive project success through strategic advising and problem-solving, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• →Leading SAP technology initiatives, including installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products
• →Managing and developing SAP ABAP solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency
• →Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution to support client objectives
• →Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver impactful data insights and visualizations
• →Directing business transformation projects, leveraging SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration
• →Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• →Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
• →Building and maintaining relationships with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Leading teams through complex SAP implementations and transformations
• Applying systems thinking to identify and solve underlying problems
• Crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
