Technology Architect

• →Expected to be an SME.

• →Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• →Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• →Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• →Moving the organization away from on-premise imaging to cloud-native management.
• →Design Tenant structured, including conventions and group hierarchies.
• →Design "Zero-Touch" provisioning
• →Create procedure for apps packaging, testing, and updating across the fleet. SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Architect or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration

Manager (MECM) Architect role includes:

• →Site Planning and Distribution Strategy
• →Discovery and Gap Analysis
• →Migration Planning & Consolidation
• →Design Task Sequences

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SCCM and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premises systems.
• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement necessary changes.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
