What You’ll Do As our Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be the technical anchor for our campus. You will act as a lead HVAC Service Technician, responsible for the comfort and safety of students, faculty, and staff across all residential and academic facilities. Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, and exhaust systems. Serve as the campus HVAC Mechanic, diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues and implementing effective repairs. Execute seasonal system changeovers and preventative maintenance tasks aligned with asset lifecycle goals. Utilize our CMMS platform to track work orders and document maintenance activities with precision. Support campus events by ensuring HVAC systems meet occupancy demands while maintaining a professional, customer-service mindset. What You Bring To The Team Experience: 3+ years of proven success in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. Education: Trade school or technical certification in HVAC. Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics; strong knowledge of commercial controls. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms or on rooftops in varying weather.
