What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Janitorial Utility Cleaner for heavy-duty tasks in Nashville. As a Custodian, you will execute deep cleaning and utility projects to keep the property safe and sparkling. Perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs to remove large trash bags and other heavy items. Execute floor care, stripping, waxing, and scrubbing tasks.
