What You’ll Do As a Floor Tech (also known as a Floor Care Specialist or Custodian), you will keep the school facilities spotless and shining. Operate floor cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers) as our primary Floor Tech. Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Assist the janitorial team with general facility cleaning and maintaining high safety standards. What You Bring To The Team Experience operating floor care equipment preferred (we provide training!).
