What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Floor Tech, you keep campus floors looking sharp, clean, and beautifully maintained. In this specialized role, your daily Floor Care Specialist duties include: Stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing hard surface floors using industrial equipment. Operating various floor care equipment safely and efficiently. Serving as a versatile Floor Technician by completing additional general cleaning tasks assigned by your supervisor. What You Bring To The Team 1 year of experience as a Janitorial Floor Tech, Floor Care Specialist, or custodian. Physical stamina to operate heavy equipment and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
