Assistant Insurance Broker - Personal & Commercial

You will join a growing team of like-minded insurance professionals who are motivated and target-driven to onboard new customers and service their insurance needs and requirements.

You will assist customers in the placement and maintenance of their insurance needs.

• →Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding insurance needs and offering suitable solutions.
• →Gather client information to assess requirements and present appropriate options.
• →Clearly explain policy terms and coverage in line with industry regulations.
• →Process policy renewals and amendments efficiently and accurately.
• →Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork, correspondence, and record keeping.

• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both Maltese and English languages is required.
• Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
• Able to work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
