High School Math Teacher - 1:1 Teaching & Flexible Hours

• Minimum of 3 years of high school mathematics classroom teaching experience in any math subject (excluding student teaching or tutoring). 

• Bachelor’s degree required. 

• Experience creating lesson plans, documenting student progress, and assigning and recording grades on a weekly basis. 

• Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches based on student engagement and skill level.
• Experience a must in working with students with learning differences.
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Reliable transportation required; must be able to consistently report onsite to Wilmington, DE location for scheduled work hours. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Degree in Education or Mathematics. 

• Experience teaching multiple math subjects to high school students. 

• Teaching certification.
