Position Overview 

Teaching Strategies is looking for a highly talented, innovative, and creative Software Engineering Manager to join our technology team. Our platform continues to evolve rapidly, and we are looking for a leader who can help teams move quickly, build high-quality software, adopt new technologies, and scale engineering delivery across a growing SaaS platform supporting millions of users globally. 

The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with a highly collaborative, product-oriented mindset and thrives in iterative environments where speed, ownership, quality, and continuous improvement are critical.  This is leadership role focused on delivering high quality products by accelerating engineering effectiveness through modern automation, AI-assisted development, and agentic workflows.
