● Multi-site or multi-unit operations experience (hospitality, franchise, retail, or similar)

● Experience in campground / RV / outdoor hospitality strongly desired

● Experience developing and coaching on-site leaders

● Strong operational execution and performance mindset

● Experience working in fast-growth or scaling environments preferred

● Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with strong relevant experience
