Responsibilities
~1 min readTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Required:
- →8+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, power systems services, or closely related work.
- →Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and leading or mentoring Project Managers or other project delivery personnel.
- →Strong working knowledge of applicable NETA standards, NFPA 70/70E/70B, and IEEE testing practices.
- →Experience managing field technical teams, project schedules, budgets, job costs, and completion forecasts.
- →Strong leadership, organizational, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
- →Ability to manage personal project responsibilities while overseeing other Project Managers.
Preferred:
- →NETA Level III or IV Certification.
- →Electrical engineering or electrical trade background.
- →PMP or similar project management certification.
- →Experience with ERP, job costing, forecasting, and project management systems.
- →Experience with mission-critical or industrial power systems and prior direct supervisory responsibility for Project Managers.
