Epic Analyst

We are seeking an experienced, dual-certified Epic Analyst (Cupid & Radiant) to join our clinical applications team. This is a hands-on analyst role focused on ongoing application support, maintenance, incident resolution, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and system build across both Epic Cupid (Cardiology) and Epic Radiant (Radiology) applications.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical build knowledge combined with a strong understanding of clinical imaging and diagnostic workflows. You will collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, IT peers, and operational leadership to ensure stable, optimized, and efficient systems for AHN.

Contract: 12–18 months

Location: 100% Remote

Epic Assessment: Required

• →Manage, prioritize, and resolve incident tickets, service requests, and maintenance work within established SLAs for Epic Cupid and Radiant.
• →Perform hands-on Epic build, module updates, workflow enhancements, template maintenance, and system configuration across Cardiology and Radiology modules.
• →Investigate application errors, interface issues, and workflow bottlenecks; perform root-cause analysis and execute fixes.
• →Design and execute unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, patches, and build changes.
• →Partner directly with physicians, technologists, nursing staff, clinical directors, and technical teams to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
• →Work independently to drive deliverables, adapting quickly to shifting operational priorities and emergent clinical needs.
• →Maintain technical documentation, build specifications, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Active Epic certification/accreditation in both Cupid and Radiant
• 2+ years of hands-on Epic build experience within Cupid/Radiant
• 3–5 years of overall Epic/application analyst experience
• Strong experience supporting Cardiology and Radiology workflows
• Experience working maintenance and incident tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and completing request fulfillment
• Ability to perform Epic build/configuration, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing application support
• Comfortable working independently and taking on work based on changing business and operational priorities
• Strong communication skills and experience working with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
