- →Build the Tecovas Work Corporate Sale business from the ground up
- →Prospect, qualify, and open new B2B accounts through outreach, referrals, industry events, and networking.

- →Structure footwear programs that fit how industrial customers buy, including allowance and voucher programs, bulk crew orders, on-site fittings, and recurring replenishment.
- →Own the relationship & sell the entire program into your accounts
- →Lead with Tecovas Work, then expand into branded apparel and products, corporate gifting, off-site fitting events, and recurring corporate accounts.
- →Own the full sales cycle from first touch to shipped order. Negotiate and structure deals, including volume-based discount tiers, within approved pricing and margin guidelines.

- →Show up in person. Travel nationally to prospect and be present for your customers at meetings and events.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a record of hitting or exceeding new business revenue goals.
- Industrial selling experience is strongly preferred. Ideal backgrounds include safety footwear, PPE, workwear and uniform programs, industrial and safety distribution, building materials, or equipment and services sold to general contractors, energy companies, or utilities.
- Working knowledge of how industrial customers buy footwear: safety standards, allowance and voucher programs, procurement cycles, and the role of EHS and site leadership in the decision.
- Proven outbound prospecting experience. You have built a book from a cold start, not just worked inbound leads. You have sourced, closed, and retained your own accounts.
- Experience selling a physical product or program to corporate buyers, including workwear, industrial and safety, uniform or corporate apparel, hospitality group sales, or premium consumer brands.

- Willing and able to travel nationally as the business requires, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- You are energized by opening doors, building relationships from the ground up, and earning customer trust.
- You are comfortable showing up in the field, whether that means walking a job site, attending an industry event, or sitting across the table from a customer to understand what their teams really need.
- You bring a builder’s mindset, strong follow-through, and the grit to turn a first crew order into a repeatable, scalable Tecovas Work program.
- You understand industrial buyers, safety needs, and complex customer decision-making.
