When you apply here, you are applying to TEECOM for a role in BIM / Production. Rather than interviewing for a single posted role, you will go through a structured Discipline Assessment that establishes your level and demonstrated capability. Once your level is determined, TEECOM's recruiting and leadership teams match your profile to the best available opening on a team that fits your skills, experience, and goals.

Roles span Designer II through Senior BIM Specialist II. Your level — and your title — are determined by your assessment, not by the role you apply to.

If you have meaningful experience in more than one discipline, apply to your primary discipline and tell your recruiter about your secondary discipline(s) during your Introduction Call. You may be scheduled for a separate Discipline Assessment for each one.

We hire at all levels — the strongest BIM candidates take ownership of model quality, stay curious about better workflows, and catch problems before they become field issues. If you don’t have everything on this list yet, that’s expected — TEECOM develops people through structured documentation, mentorship, and real project work.

• Revit proficiency for MEP or technology systems documentation
• Experience with Navisworks and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for coordination and clash detection
• Ability to read and interpret technology systems design intent and translate it into coordinated Revit models
• Understanding of BIM execution planning, model organization, worksets, view templates, and naming conventions
• Experience working on complex projects across a range of facility types and industries
• Degree in BIM, architecture, construction management, engineering technology, any four-year engineering discipline, or a related technical field — preferred
• Familiarity with technology disciplines (ICT/Telecom, AV, Security, Wireless) — preferred
• Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit MEP or equivalent Autodesk certification — preferred
• Ability to manage your own work independently across multiple concurrent projects

*TEECOM covers exam fees and study materials for certifications relevant to your discipline, pays a one-time bonus when you pass, and funds all continuing education — including conference attendance.
