We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on B2B lead generation and client acquisition for SaaS products and software solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying business opportunities, engaging decision-makers through LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads, and coordinating discovery calls or product demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads for SaaS products and technology solutions.
- Identify and research decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
- Execute personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support business development initiatives.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and outreach targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, target markets, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 06 months to 01 year of experience in B2B Business Development, Lead Generation, SDR, or Inside Sales.
- Experience selling or promoting SaaS products, software solutions, or IT services is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospect research.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging business decision-makers and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience coordinating discovery calls, meetings, or product demos.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the technology sales domain.
Preferred Profile
- Experience working in a software house, SaaS company, or technology services organization.
- Exposure to international B2B markets such as the US, UK, or Middle East.
- Experience with Fiverr or Upwork for client acquisition is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
