This role is on site in our Pleasanton, California office

Responsibilities

→3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to generalist or business partner functions.

→Knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and compliance requirements.

→Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).

→Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to support employees and managers effectively.

→Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

→Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.  In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range

$87,000—$130,500 USD
