In this position, you'll be fielding questions from customers of Fortune 500 brands. You'll be assigned to an account and have full training on the product or service which you'll be assisting customers with. Requirements

In order to work as a TTEC @Home associate, your computer and technology is required to be compatible with our systems. The following are the minimum technical requirements. Please ensure that you possess all of the following:

Computer Type: PC (Intel or AMD) only. Unfortunately, our software is not compatible with Apple / Mac
Processor: Minimum of 1GHz CPU or faster
RAM (Memory): Minimum of 1GB of RAM (more is always better when it comes to RAM)
USB Ports: Minimum of 2 available, unused USB 2.0 ports. Be advised, that your keyboard and mouse may be using USB ports on your computer Our operating system, WorkBooth, requires the availability of 2 USB ports as well.
Monitor: Minimum of 1024x768 desktop resolution
An internal sound card: To determine whether or not your computer has an internal sound card, you can check the back or front of your computer for jacks to plug in a microphone, headphones, or external speakers
Wired, High-speed internet connection, DSL or cable service of 1.5Mbps or faster
All associates will be responsible for purchasing their own TTEC approved headset prior to starting training. This headset must be tested by TTEC prior to training start. All considered applicants will receive information as to how to comply with this requirement.
