  • Support the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of infrastructure systems to promote reliable performance, availability, and consistent operations
  • Support identity and access management activities across directory services, access control systems, and enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Perform routine infrastructure maintenance, including patching, backup validation, system updates, and configuration changes
  • Monitor system and network health using enterprise observability tools; investigate issues, gather relevant information, and escalate when appropriate based on established procedures
  • Execute and maintain scripts and contribute to automation efforts that reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and increase operational efficiency
  • Respond to service requests and infrastructure incidents; perform initial troubleshooting, collect diagnostic information, and contribute to root cause analysis in collaboration with other team members
  • Participate in infrastructure projects and operational improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technologies and established infrastructure practices
  • Create and maintain documentation for system changes, operational procedures, troubleshooting processes, and support activities to promote knowledge sharing and service continuity
  • Follow established security, compliance, and data protection requirements in the administration and support of infrastructure systems
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, systems administration, or a related role within cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments
  • Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Windows and Linux systems, network services, Microsoft 365, and directory services such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell or Bash, to support recurring administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • Experience using system monitoring tools and performing routine infrastructure maintenance, including patching, backups, and system updates
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts within directory services, access control systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow documented procedures, analyze standard technical issues, and determine when escalation is appropriate
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferred, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365, CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent infrastructure and cloud certifications
