• →Deliver physical therapy treatments in patient homes
• →Implement treatment plans established by supervising PT
• →Monitor patient progress
• →Educate patients and caregivers
• →Communicate changes to supervising therapist
• →Complete documentation

• Active Florida PTA License
• Strong communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
