Onsite Supervisor

The Building People is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at a large multi-building facility complex in Fort Worth, Texas. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will directly supervise a team of skilled trades staff responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and general building maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on keeping a busy facility running safely and smoothly every day.

• →Directly supervise onsite maintenance staff performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and general building maintenance work.
• →Ensure work orders, preventive maintenance, and service requests are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
• →Support quality control inspections and partner with the Project Manager to resolve issues quickly.
• →Coordinate with customer facility representatives to keep them informed of maintenance activity and respond to their needs.
• →Maintain a strong working knowledge of the facility's emergency procedures and participate in emergency response and drills as needed.
• →Ensure your team stays current on required training, certifications, and safety practices.
• →Track maintenance activity and work orders using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
