The Building People, LLC seeks a Site Lead to direct facility support operations for the AFRL Aerospace Systems Directorate (RQ), coordinating Facility Managers across 49 buildings.

Responsibilities

→Partner with government leadership and Facility Managers to schedule workload, materials procurement, and subcontractor services.
→Perform work order cost analysis and initiate and authorize purchase orders.
→Assign facilities to Facility Managers in line with contract constraints (no single Facility Manager exceeding 275,000 usable square feet; interconnected campuses managed by one Facility Manager).
→Serve as liaison between the COR and Facility Managers, keeping tasks and requests on the specified timeline.
