High Associates is searching for Landscape Technicians to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds.

Responsibilities

→Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
→Operating and maintaining equipment.
→Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
→Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
→Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days.
→Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
→Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Valid PA driver's license is required!
High School Diploma or GED, required
Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required
The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
Demonstrate excellent customer service
