• →Designs and develops packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• →Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product, marketing, and operational requirements.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various packaging materials (e.g., plastics, paperboard, glass, metals) and their properties.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for packaging design and analysis.
• Experience with packaging test methods and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISTA, ASTM).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on packaging design and performance.

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Project management experience
