Payroll Specialist - Allendale Area

• →Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• →Administer timekeeping system and ensure accurate data entry.
• →Calculate and process payroll deductions and garnishments.
• →Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.
• →Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• →Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries related to payroll.
• Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements or complex pay structures specific to manufacturing operations.
