Plant Manager - Cadillac Area

• →Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• →Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• →Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• →Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse team of employees
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, Engineering Management)
