Plant Manager - Jenison Area

• →Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• →Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• →Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• →Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• →Develop and manage the plant budget, monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to meet customer demands.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.
• →Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes and achieving operational excellence
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with a modern ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives
• Fluency in Spanish or another language relevant to the local workforce
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
