PLC Programmer - Jenison Area

• →Develop and program PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• →Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, HMI, and robotic systems to resolve production issues.
• →Design and implement control system modifications and upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.
• →Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to define control system requirements.
• →Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control system configurations.
• →Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on automated systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex automation issues.

• Experience with SCADA and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
• Knowledge of robotics programming and integration.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
• Experience with vision systems.
