Production Supervisor - Allendale Area

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
