Production Supervisor - Newaygo Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Supervise and train production line staff, fostering a positive work environment.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a production team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
