Production Supervisor - Zeeland Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• →Supervise and train production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• →Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.

• →Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• →Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with supply chain to prevent shortages.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members
