Purchasing Manager - Holland Area

• →Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
• →Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• →Oversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
• →Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production to forecast material needs.
• →Identify and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• →Drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and vendor management
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and procurement software
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

• Additional certifications or training
