Quality Inspector - Allendale Area

• →Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• →Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM to verify product specifications.
• →Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
• →Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action procedures as required.
• →Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• →Conduct first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards.
• →Assist in the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality control processes.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schecharts, and technical documents
• Familiarity with various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles
• Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and identify non-conformances

• Additional certifications or training
